Hi, and thanks for taking the time to read my post.
Like my title suggests, I am in the Australian Defence Force and have recently returned from a harsh deployment. I am tired and feeling a bit battered and bruised. Some days are tough, some are good. But when I am alone, it isnt the best feeling. I have dealt with a lot lately and right now, I love the thought of kindness and comfort in my life. It is hard to be this honest, but what do I have to lose? I feel society has turned its back on me.
I am a history podcast nerd, love the sopranos, peaky blinders, ozark, boardwalk empire...that genre. I love to eat good food and will try anything. I love to cook for friends and family. I also love running and camping.
Although my post so far may allude to me being a miserable kind of person, I love to laugh and have a positive outlook on life. I enjoy socialising and experiencing new things including music, film and the arts. I love trying new things, so feel free to inteosuce me to places and experiences I have yet to try.
Please just be kind. Be affectionate and let me spoon you on those cold nights. Im not looking for you to be my therapist, just someone to lend a non judgemental ear. I am single, I am fine with anybody wanting to escape from their reality or just start fresh. No judgement from me.
