Greetings fellow Redditors,

I am looking to build a meaningful, fulfilling, monogamous relationship with someone. I am at the stage in life where I am ready to find my forever person. So, if you’re looking for something casual then please keep scrolling. I know this posts comes off like a grocery list but I just want to get the basics out of the way to avoid wasting each other’s time.

Things worth mentioning:

I have grown children and am not looking to have more kids.

I work (mostly) remote in tech so distance is not an issue. If we hit it off (after some time obviously) I could come to you or vice versa. I have flexibility in that department so distance is not an issue.

Things I enjoy:

Nature Poetry Coffee Documentaries True Crime Swimming (oceans, lakes, pools) Arts & Crafts (drawing, painting, wood burning, jewelry-making, etc.) Comedy Music Museums Concerts/Festivals Quality Food Cats Reading and writing (though in a creative drought right now) I read everything but currently enjoying A Court of Crowns and Thorns series.

Qualities I am looking for:

Preferable age range is 35-45

Romantic - I’m a romantic so someone that can match my energy in that department.

Well-mannered/Respectful

Sense of humor - if you’re witty even better as I enjoy some light banter

Independent - You don’t have to have it all figured out but stability is key.

Consistency - I don’t expect to have every minute of your day, but if we hit it off, I will not tolerate breadcrumbs or situationships either.

Emotional Availability/Intelligence

Really just basic decency. I don’t care if you’re short, tall, skinny, heavy, or have a peg leg (can’t promise I won’t make pirate jokes though). As long as you will treat me good, allow me to treat you good, and we can enjoy life together having fun and making memories that’s all that matters to me. I hope to travel more, experience more, and live life more in the moment.
