Still looking for my second (or third? fourth? I've lost count) chance.
Seems like I have a bad habit of letting good things slip through my fingers. My track record speaks for itself. Either I'm not very good at this or I'm just going about it the wrong way. All my ex's are doing well, starting families and being generally successful, but I refuse to believe it's me. If insanity is doing the same thing over again and expecting different results, someone find me a straight jacket.
Guess I just miss being someone's #1. Sucks coming home to an empty house and no new notifications on my phone. Companionship, affection, intimacy....all things I currently lack. If you think you're up to the task of filling the void, by all means, hit me up!
I like to think I've got some things going for me: I'm employed, I'm pretty smart (despite terrible decision making skills), pretty good taste in music (currently accepting concert buddy applications). I could definitely hit the gym more as I ease into my 40s...I'm far from lout of shape, but my bod is getting more dad and less rad. Would like to find someone to pull me out of my slump and help me reengage with activities I used to enjoy.
