Hey! I’m currently in the Midwest but have been looking to move to western NC or even eastern TN. Just reaching out on here to see if there are people in the area looking for friendship or maybe more. Leaning more towards just finding land to build on rather than buying a pre-existing home. Bonus points if you can tell me areas to avoid. In TN I have really come to like the land in Greene County. I work in healthcare so I shouldn’t have an issue obtaining a job in either place. I’ll also be in the area November 10-17th, other than taking in the fall colors etc on the Blue Ridge Parkway, what else should I do?
