I'm a 36 year old man looking for a woman to grow old with together. We can enjoy the ups and downs of life, the mundane tasks, and share the world around us.

I've been single a few years, am emotionally available, don't drink, smoke, or do any drugs, and am not religious.

I'd describe myself as cerebral, laid back, and witty. My go to humor is usually word play and puns among other things. I realize humor is more show than tell, but I guarantee you'll be laughing once we're comfortable with each other. I'm a bit of a playful person in this way. I'm honest and straightforward; I have no problem sharing my feelings and I don't lie or cheat.

I went to college for art, have a creative mind, and have won some awards for photography. I used to live in a tiny house (with my cats), but it was just too small and claustrophobic...so now I live in an apartment and it's great. I grew up in California, so I'm kind of a California guy at heart but the PNW is growing on me. I'm definitely more of an indoors person and introvert, but I do like traveling to certain places.

I'm a nerd. Some of the subjects are Marvel, Harry Potter, Star Wars, baseball, animals, video games, movies, shows, mythology, hard scifi, but this is just scratching the surface. I can nerd out about a lot of things and I can get pretty detailed oriented about them too.

So that's a bit about me, I'd love to talk to someone that lives in my general area that is looking for something for long term and has a similar general vibe to them. Let's get to know each other and see if there's a connection.

A few things I'm looking for are non-smokers, no previous kids, not allergic to cats, and hwp (ish). Please say more than hi, such as telling me about yourself or about something that resonated with you in this post. A picture in the first message would be nice as well since I provided some.
