It’s been a bad morning finishing up school and just got a new job. Then all the sudden I started having a panic attack while still in bed. It’s been almost a year since my last one. I hate them so much. I just really need a distraction. I’m out of meds so I don’t really know of where anywhere else I should turn to right now. I’m hoping that some dopamine can help me feel better sometimes I have found that getting turned on can help. I just don’t know what else to do so thank you for reading I appreciate it. I know it’s strange but I’ll be honest I’m desperate.
