I've talked to some interesting people on here, though unfortunately it hasn't led to what I'm after yet, which is a strong bond with someone who has their own passions in life and is willing to share their's while accepting mine with an open mind.
Let's go out to dinner and see a comedy show! Let's stay in for dinner and watch movies, or binge watch a TV series. Let's go to the movies and eat too much candy, and then maybe go to an arcade like the big children that we are! Let's go to a jazz club and listen to professional musicians have musical conversations in a not-too-loud setting! Let's be old, boring people who just listen to outdated and nostalgic music together and talk about what it reminds us of.
Let's spend some time apart so that we miss each other and then reconvene and argue about who had a better weekend.
Or let's do none of those things, I'm open to suggestions. I like playing the guitar and singing/performing at local gatherings or in intimate settings. I like listening to political and philosophical debates, reading and learning about history, thinking too deeply about concepts only to be reigned in and eventually admitting that I'm a nut.
