1.  I enjoy going to the gym, and leg day is my favorite. Arms and shoulders? Not so much!
2.  Meal prep is a big part of my routine. I focus on getting enough protein and veggies.
3.  I have a passion for travel, especially to cold locations. Finland was amazing, and I can’t wait for my trip to Iceland in October, maybe I'll catch the northern lights this time around. 
4.  I'm African, but I live in the Middle East, so it would be ideal if you’re in the Middle East, Europe, or the UK for similar time zones.

6.  Hiking is my go-to weekend activity, though the summer heat is making it challenging at the moment.
