I'm a chef originally from Austria, currently working in Italy. In my twenties, I had the chance to travel a bit, exploring different cultures and cuisines, which I'm deeply passionate about. Sometimes I find myself watching food bloggers on YouTube, envying their travels and trying to recreate their dishes in my own kitchen! 😂 As you might guess, food is my greatest passion. Although I thrive behind the stove, my interests span widely. I consider myself a Jack-of-all-trades, fueled by curiosity and a hands-on approach to learning. Whenever I'm around professionals, I observe them closely, absorbing knowledge like a sponge. This has led me to dabble in carpentry, electronics, landscaping... you name it! Well, except for working with metals at the moment, but hey, maybe I'll tackle that next! 🤔 It all ties into my love for DIY projects – renovating, remodeling, upgrading... it's my jam.
When I'm not immersed in culinary adventures or DIY projects, you'll find me indulging in my hobbies: exploring mountains, riding motorbikes, and occasionally gaming on Xbox or PC.
As for you, I'm open to getting to know people from different walks of life, though it's nice to be in a similar age range. 😅
