Who wouldn't want an accountabili-buddy??
I try to stay active, I say that fitness is important to me, but some days are harder than others. Life, stress, mental health, and the ceaseless motion of time, all have a tendency to slow down progress.
Maybe you're feeling that as well. Or maybe you're killing your 2024 goals and you're crushing toward summer but want to stay on track, rather than trying desperately to climb back on track. Either way, let's chat!
I'm a great listener and great at verbal affirmations. We can share progress, talk through stumbling blocks, and work together in a judgment free way.
Ideally you'll be near metro Detroit so that we can meet and be friends and stuff but that's not a deal-breaker. I will say that I'm a visual person who likes to swap pictures so hopefully you're open to that!
Other stuff: big fan of movies, reading, pizza, bourbon, and a whole host of other things that knock me off my path of success lol.
