I won't beat around the bush. Here are the facts.
I'm 37. I'm quick tempered (never to your face. I just use anger to self regulate)
My dad died 2 weeks ago and I moved into my mother's house to help out. It feels like arrested development for me and I'm trying hard for it to not be reality.
I still work hard at a paying job. Maybe I work too hard.
For family and close friends I keep up a brace face and never fall apart - I save that for the internet where no one really knows me.
