Hi, I'm Edward. I'm soft spoken and awkward and don't know how to end audio recordings.

Born and raised in NYC, living on my own in the lower East side. Elder Emo, huge geek, lover of good story telling and cinematography. I'm super low maintenance and a bit of an introvert but will absolutely go out and be social for the right person/company. I've been described as having cat-like energy; quiet at first, but very affectionate once I warm up to you. I work the overnight shift at my job so I'm around for late night chats. Tell me how your day went while I get mine started?

Some things I'm interested in:

• Movies - Sci-fi, horror, slow burn thrillers, the occasional good romcom, Marvel and other comic book movies.
• Shows - Stranger Things, The Boys, Wednesday, Harley Quinn, Loki. I'm not the biggest on anime but the last thing I watched was "My Dress-up Darling" because I used to cosplay.
• Games - Final Fantasy VII, Helldivers 2, Gotham Knights, Remnant 1 & 2, Left 4 Dead. Open to suggestions for fun coop games!
• My music taste varies a LOT but I mostly listen to 2000s Emo (Yellowcard, All American Rejects) or movie soundtracks.
• I used to cosplay and go to conventions a lot and would love to find someone to go to these again.

Currently trying to find someone (preferably local or in the tri-state area). I don't mind distance for the right person as I have a good amount of vacation time to take trips, but it can be tough and not really my ideal situation at this point. Physical touch is my primary love language, hugs and cuddles are very important to me.

My preferences and attractions for a romantic partner can be all over the place sometimes so idk feel free to shoot your shot, though nerds and geeks are probably easier for me to relate with. I have a preference for a M4F relationship but I'm also open to M4T or M4NB as well (I guess that makes me pansexual?)

Messaging is fine, but Chat is preferred. Please say more than just "Hi", introduce yourself, tell me what you think we might have in common, what your favorite activities are, etc. Including a picture is always a plus (it's nice to put a face to whom I'm talking to) but don't feel obligated to if you just want to be chill chat buddies.
