So please forgive the long post to come, however if you don't manage to read it all, the short summary is in the last year I've been through a divorce and having found my feet again I'm pushing myself to try and make new friends and surround myself with positive people.
Now with all that out there, I'm Ella, 34, female and although I'm originally from the UK, I've been living in Australia for a few years now, one thing I can thank my ex-husband for. Despite living here for those years, I've never made a strong friendship group as for part of that time I wasn't working and would spend a lot of my time with my now ex-husband, but I've got the time now to make friends and I'm determined to do that.
I've spent a lot of time of late just finding myself again, and my passions, with travel and art being two I love, along with fashion being something I'm getting back into as well and love to talk about.
As far as finding myself on Reddit and making friends, I'm sort of pushing myself out of my comfort zone a bit and I'd love to talk with someone who's kind-natured, friendly, inquisitive as I can sometimes find it hard to think of things to talk about, passionate and generally someone who will talk my ear off.
I've been playing around with my settings so I think my chat is available and to help spark my curiosity, please do provide a detailed intro in your message so I can get a feel for who I'm talking to and at least get a feel for whether we might click.
