Done the whole lengthy post thing and would rather open the floor to people who are:
-actually wanting to meet in person more than once a month
-happy to hike, walk, run, bbq, or even just lay in the sun
-also happy to lounge around listening to a record or play a board game or couch co-op
-mentally stable enough to have healthy friendships and can be comfortable enough to have a conversation
-not planning to leave the area/move in the next 2 years
-will actually go to museums, shows, tattoo conventions, outdoor markets, and even touristy stuff
-wants to watch movies or tv shows together
-testing recipes or having throw downs in the kitchen
-not allergic to cats and okay with a poodle basically being glued to me
-wants to play pickleball, tennis, badminton, soccer, and/or something similar
-not completely jaded and fed up with living here
Bonus points: you also like classic rock, metal, funk, soul, alt, indie, and are open to exploring other music. Will drive hours to see a waterfall or camp in a dark spot. Into arts and crafts, diy, and cosplay/makeup/fashion.
About me: NOT looking for anything romantic with this post. I am passionate about cooking, have most of my upper body tattooed, on track to visit all national parks before I die, just bought outdoor roller skates, and want to establish a local friend group with non-judgmental and chill people. Would like to do more things that aren’t alcohol-related.
