Hey everyone! I'm an introvert with anxiety that's just trying to push past that to meet new people and hopefully make friends. I used to be really bubbly and outgoing, but as I got older, I got more reserved and slow to trust others. I'm hoping to fix that, if I can.
About me:
As of yesterday, I'm an Army National Guard veteran, I work full-time from home and own a small, "side gig" business I hope to make my main income soon. I'm really passionate about movies, video games, animals, music, and the outdoors. I'm a big nerd at heart, so anything fantasy, horror, supernatural, sci-fi, tech or true crime typically interests me. Growing up, I had over 30 exotic pets, so naturally, I really, really like animals. Right now I'm working on building a 50-75 gallon (I forget which it is) bioactive terrarium because going outside in nature is just not enough for me I guess. Life can be really hard (God knows I've had my fair share of shit experiences), so I'm pretty big on empathy and listening and helping others. I am not a licensed psychologist, but I am one of the best arm chair psychologists out there, so if you ever need someone to talk to, listen or give moderately helpful advice, I'm your guy.
Why you should talk to me:
Despite being an introvert, I do have a lot of interests and know how to hold a conversation, so I will have no problem talking your ear off, on and off throughout the day. People also tell me I'm cute a lot (because I sort of have a baby face and have had to shave for the military), so if looks matter to you and that's your thing, I might be your guy.
I look forward to chatting with and meeting you great people out there. Have a great day!
