It’s been a few weeks since it happened but I has posted before my birthday and wanted to chat a bit. I ended up chatting with this fireman who seemed very decent, convo wasn’t amazing but I was having fun, one day he stop replying and then wrote that there was a fire and it had been a mess… I asked, are you ok? He… Never replied.
Normally it wouldn’t bother because it’s Reddit and people stop replying all the time but there’s something about this particular interaction. A couple of days went by and it bothered me that he didn’t reply so I deleted the convo.
Now, I know his name(first name) and even the station he was at so I even googled, checking if there was a bigger reason but couldn’t find anything.
Yes, it was a bit much to google him but I just can’t imagine having someone asking that you’re ok while having such a dangerous job and still choosing not to reply?
I can’t remember his username, I wish I did so I could double ask if he’s ok. Honestly I just wonder what happen and you all can call me intense but I just wonder 🤷🏻♀️
