Hello,

I am not sure what to write exactly. I have been content with being single for a while now but have recently decided I am ready to find the person I want to spend the rest of my life with.

I also feel a little weird talking about myself but here it goes:

I enjoy reading most subjects except for romance novels. I don't know why but I just find them too cheesy to get through. I also enjoy watching T.V. I just binged watched 'Resident Alien' and I am currently re-watching 'Schitt's Creek, The Simpsons and Bob's Burgers'. I don't like Anime though. I enjoy movies too, I don't have a specific genre I stick to though, I'll watch pretty much anything. The most recent movie I watched was 'Lisa Frankenstein'. It was interesting to say the least.

I started running again and discovered I had completely forgotten about shin splints.

As far as social media goes, I don't care really care about it. I use to when I was younger but realized it's more draining for me than anything else. But I don't mind if you're into social media.

I do a little gaming here and there when I have the time. I use to play WoW but haven't in a long time.

Lastly, I am also putting myself through school. I eventually want to earn a PhD in Celtic Studies and Scottish Studies from University of Edinburgh. I realize it is a little late but I couldn't afford school in my earlier years so I thought now is better than never. Plus I am getting a head start on my mid-life crisis.

What I'm looking for in a guy:

Mid to late 30's-40's. Some facial hair is ok but I don't like beards. I'm sorry. I would like for you to be somewhat active, I enjoy days on the couch but I also like the outdoors and try not to waste a nice day. Tattoos, long hair, and piercings are welcomed as well as any taste in music.

Other than that, I more focused on how we get along.
