And by that I mean women who aren't just looking to chat for a while and move on. Five of the most interesting things about myself I can think of:

• I like to think I'm quite open minded about most things in life. Which is probably why I love stand-up comedy. The "stand-up" being the keyword there; something that I've felt has largely been missing from the scene for quite some time. Stand up means to stand up and distinguish yourselves from the crowd and push the envelope a bit farther, making even the most progressive of liberals squirm by showing them the mirror. Probably why I love George Carlin and Bill Hicks as much as I do.

• I'm a fit, clean (as in disease and drug-free) geek who's into nerd stuff like astronomy, psychology, philosophy, technology and all things science despite being an art major (and yes, I excel in my own field too).

• My biggest pet-peeve is hypocrisy. I was brought up in a culture where hypocrisy is the norm so I have major PTSD (not clinical term; highly exaggerated but you get the point) about being a hypocrite. Everyday I wake up with one goal in mind- to be as less of a hypocrite, ideally not at all, as possible.

• I don't get the "childfree" tag most people of my ilk wear proudly. If you believe, and rightly so, that the conservatives are breeding like rabbits and thrusting countries around the world into chaos by exercising what they were against (hint: democracies) in the first place, it's your responsibility to build better future citizens. I'm already doing my part as a University Professor and I'd like to do more.

• I'm into videogames, movies, songs and art of almost all forms (almost because I just don't get any forms of abstract art, I'm sorry) and am strongly opinionated about a lot of these. I just don't think it's important to list down my favorite movies/shows/bands here because that stuff is largely irrelevant when it comes right down to compatibility. I'm very libertarian and pro-choice in that I appreciate a person doing and believing in what they'd like to as long as it's not hurting anyone else; it's the common values that matter more than what sing I'm listening to these days.
