Well, I mean I could be a serial killer, that's probably the worst possibility. That, or maybe one of those people who can't be bothered to return their shopping cart. But lucky for you, I'm neither of those things - I'm just a friendly, extroverted nerd looking to make some new connections here in Colorado and the wider US! Specifically, I'm hoping to meet some folks that are interested in long-term chats, and hopefully growing great friendships as we get to know each other. I'd especially love to hear from any other Denverites out there who might want to link up for some local adventures, but connections from further afield are welcome too!

It's kinda nerve-wracking reaching out to someone on the internet you don't know anything about, so in no particular order, here's some quick info about me:

• I'm Scott, a 35 year old, single (happily divorced), software engineer with no kids and one amazing fur baby, Max!

• I'm an extrovert who loves to be social, but has learned to appreciate time to myself as well

• I'm empathetic to a fault, and described by friends as self-aware, loyal, funny, sweet, and witty

• I'm fairly progressive and open-minded (the MAGA crowd need not apply)

• I enjoy most of the usual nerdy hobbies like reading, board/card/PC games with friends (ideally co-op), and movies, as well as some more diverse ones like hiking, cooking, and woodworking

• I'm 420 friendly

• I'm a bit neurodivergent (if you couldn't tell by the "engineer" bit), and in general a big proponent of therapy, mental health, and self care
