Professionally, I work as a scientist and have succeeded both academically, having written some classic papers, and in the business world. I've lived in Seattle for some time, and love it out here. I try and get out in nature a lot, whether it's hiking, climbing, skiing, or paddle-boarding.
I've collected far too many topographical maps than is healthy. I'm an avid reader with a soft spot in my heart for good mid-20th-century fiction. I also have one plant that I've kept alive for over ten years. Let's not talk about my many, many dead plants from Trader Joe's.
Physically I'm 5'7", with a solid but svelte build, six pack and all. While I spend most of my day in front of a laptop, I exercise quite a bit.
I live near downtown and am happy to date within about an hour. Please be within about 10 years of my age.
