Yeah, I know, it's monday again... Looks like no matter how much you enjoy your weekends it never seems to be enough. I hope not to be the only one. But anyway that's life and at least the holidays are coming so we can be excited about it.

Ok so I want to start my post by taking a different approach and talking about some key aspects that I'm searching for in a potential partner. I'm doing that to save ourselves the effort in case they don't align with you.

I'm looking for someone who:

• Doesn't want children.
• Open to the possibility of living in Mexico.
• Values small things of life and doesn't only find comfort on material things.
• Wants to have pets.
• Doesn't drink or smoke.

Most days I feel like I'm seeking for a unicorn, but don't worry, other than those deal breakers I personally prefer to interact with the person and get to know her in every aspect, and see if we vibe.

About me:

My name is Miguel, I'm 34 years old (few pics), and I live in a tiny city. Life here is peaceful and quiet. I enjoy living here for those reasons, and also because I am close to my parents so I can take care of them now that they need me. Oh, I'm also building a small house, so in a few months I should be able to move in.

In terms of personality people describe me, primarily, as a really chatty, goofy, and curious person. But also as caring, emotional, sweet, attentive, and family-oriented. I value honesty, communication, respect, loyalty, kindness, and empathy.

I consider myself a homebody type of person: I love to spend plenty of time at home watching Netflix, baseball games, interesting YT videos, sometimes listening to music (I love romantic Mexican music), and recently I have been developing a taste for the kitchen. On the rare occasions I'm not at home I like to go for walks around town, and spend time at the plaza or the park. Some weekends I go to the city to go to the movies or to a baseball game.

Animals are a really important part of my life, especially dogs, and I take care of a couple of strays, as well as one feral cat. I'd love to learn how to swim, so I'm waiting for my local pool to reopen so I can join swimming lessons. Last but not least, I like to workout a few times per week just to stay active and slim.

• I had a raw bean stuck inside my nose for 2 days when I was a kid.

• I am super afraid of roaches, the ocean, and heights.

• I believe in frugality and some level of minimalism.

• I think LOTR are best Christmas movies.

• I absolutely adore rainy days.

• I cry watching emotional movies.

• Pandas are my favorite animal.

• I am Mexican but I don't tolerate spicy food that well. I always end up sweating and crying...
