It's a Saturday in a future fall. We got the afternoon free after completing our glorious Costco run. Oh the samples we had! I went back for that salami and cheese three times- acting like I was getting more for my kids. But joke is on you, helpful Costco sample person- I don't have my kids this weekend! I ate all the salami and cheese! I can do what I want! I have exclusive gold star membership to Costco (through my mom's account)! I'm somebody!
Anyway so yeah we have the afternoon free now. I say let's go browse the used bookstore and then check out all the Christmas candles they just put out at Bath & Body Works because I'm a basic bitch like that. You pretend like you'll go smell seasonal candles to humor me but I know you secretly love that shit, too. No shame in joyfully inhaling a Tis The Season 3-wick, girl!
Then we go home. Make dinner together. Well it's probably mostly you doing the complicated stuff but I'll cut stuff and then clean up everything after. Then we cuddle on the couch and watch Romy and Michele's High School Reunion because we haven't watched it this year and it's an underrated comedy classic. Then we do foreplay and sex because those are classics, too.
So yeah, I guess I'm looking for everything. Simple enough, right?
