When I think of the feeling of longing and loneliness described above, it’s not a distress from being alone. I’m perfectly content on my own and can find infinite ways to entertain and fulfill myself. I’m at home with myself and love myself and the world. But I’m also looking for that person who feels like home to me. A lover, a partner, a best friend.

Home is wherever I’m with you.

My darling, I miss you so much. There is this longing in my soul that calls out for you. I know you’re out there. And I’ll never stop looking for you, but I am growing weary of this endless search. There are so many things we need to do, and a life to build together.I have this dream in my head, things I am capable of doing on my own, if our souls do not meet, but it would be so much better with you. Here is part of that dream.

We will compliment each other, and share similar interests, but also have our own hobbies and passions. Our home will be filled with art from our adventures and travels, and the floors will never be quiet; whether it be singing along to silly pop songs or playing chase with our dogs and cats, the place we live will be full of life.You follow good morals and values, and maybe you’re still into your spirituality on an existential level, just like me. Our group of friends and family are very diverse, because we accept people’s differences as strengths.You value learning as much as I do, and are always seeking to grow and expand your horizons and worldviews. I’m a big believer in therapy, self improvement, and self care.

While we both appreciate kids, we know there is far too much to do in our own lives to be parents to anything other than fur children and plant babies.Eventually, we will have a home with some land to raise chickens and keep bees, but be close enough to the city that we can pop out to comedy shows and live music venues, because music and the arts are a big part of our lives. You probably have a cooler taste in music than I do, but I’ve always been more eclectic.In the summer, we’ll take the dogs hiking and go on weekend road trips. When we’re at home, we’ll entertain our friends, work in the garden, and hang out at dog friendly pubs.In the cooler/wetter months, we’ll hang out more at home, working on our own projects and doing our fair share of stream binging. But just *good* shows, because you know I’m a bit of a TV snob. If you’re watching something I don’t care for, I’ll bake you something delicious or occupy myself another way. We are independent, together.

On the thicker side of curvy, but very active (I gym 6 times a week and have lost 50 pounds this year… and am aiming to lose another 30. Go me!). INFJ, 2w1 on the Enneagram, Hufflepuff.
