I was just having a conversation with a woman who has always chosen money and career over relationships. She says she'll change when she meets the right person, but I think there is no right person. ...at least not at first sight. I think that we meet people, and some are compatible, and some aren't. Meeting someone who is on the same path, and at the same point in life and checks every luxury box is exceedingly rare, and overrated. I think it's much better to find a person who matches the absolute minimum requirements, and is open to growing with you. That's how a relationship gains value. You grow with someone and build trust with the person until at some point you know that you can trust them with your life without hesitation. This idea is something that's bee lost in our modern world where people want an instant perfect relationship that comes with the perfect house, car, level of chest hair, etc, and if one skin cell or dollar sign is out of place, forget it.
Anyone else out here feel like putting yourself out here, and taking a chance on actually getting to know someone? Here are a few of my basic stats... White male, 6'1'', athletic, Artist and inventor (yes, the successful kind, not the starving one), no religion, don't drink or smoke. I have kids, and love being a dad, and would be happy to have more. I love being in nature which is why I moved to a little island in Central America where I'm currently building a camp ground.
So... say Hi, and lets see where it goes. Jaimie
