Separated. Live alone. But the divorce is not final yet.Things I enjoy: Movie buff. Love all kinds of movies and am always ready to try a new one. What's a favorite of yours? I enjoy the theater. Especially musicals. I do game quite a bit (PC). I read, mostly fantasy, sci-fi and post-apoc. Also write some. Enjoy going for walks. Love weekend driving trips. Have started getting into cooking. My musical tastes are all over the place, but music is important to me.

I am progressive / liberal politically.

I skew pretty introverted. But once you get me past that initial nervousness I am very open. Honest. Being compassionate and empathetic are important to me. I do my best to be both of those things. Sometimes I'm better at it than others, but I always try. I am a heart-on-his-sleeve type. I don't hide my emotions. Physically affectionate. Touch is important to me.

I want to hear about your day. More than "fine" hopefully. I want to hear about what you're into. What you're passionate about. Be it silly or serious. I'll be honest, if you need me to carry the conversation day after day you'll probably be disappointed. But if you can contribute half we should get along great :P

What am I looking for? An emotional connection with someone. Friendship first, then hopefully more. But the friendship part is very important to me. Someone who can make me laugh. Someone where there is enough overlap in our senses of humor that we can laugh together, often. Mine tends to be a bit odd, sometimes a bit dark, sometimes a bit sarcastic, usually quite silly.

Physical attraction is a thing, but I don't necessarily have a "type". I will find your wit and intellect far more attractive than anything else.
