Well, same. I’m a native east coaster living in LA with my middle-aged tabby cat. I’ve spent the last few years cultivating a life I really love. Now I’m ready to share it with someone, but where the hell is he?
About me: I left a tech career last year to pursue my passion, floristry. It’s still too early to tell if this was tremendously stupid, but for the most part I am happy. I love city life but I’m quite outdoorsy and looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I just returned from my first wilderness backpacking trip (solo!) a couple weeks ago and am already planning the next one.
I also really nerd out about plants, especially California natives. It’s incredibly dweeby, but maybe endearingly so?
If you laugh at Seinfeld, laugh at yourself, like to eavesdrop on restaurant conversations, have pretentious taste in film, believe in therapy, have a library card, and know the best relationships are intentionally built, I want to hear from you. Even better if you’re local or open to (eventually) relocating. Imagine all the money we could save on rent!
If you’re just looking for something casual, are married or freshly separated, very into gaming, or a heavy drinker/drug user, I am (respectfully) not interested.
