I'm mixed race, queer (bi, but with a strong preference for women), working in community health and originally from the Bay. 5'8", 160 lbs with dark hair, dark eyes, light tan skin, tattoos and groomed stubble. Muscled build with broad shoulders, strong arms, and an endurance athlete's lower body. Both very silly and very serious; calm and passionate; kind and inclined to roast you; deeply reverent and deeply irreverent; adventurous and a homebody.
Being physically active and spending time outdoors are big values for me--love trail running, surfing, gardening, cycling, swimming, weightlifting and just being in the woods. Very drawn to the ocean and running water. Regular meditator who values calm and mindfulness, but also intense and passionate in certain respects. Looking for someone with whom I can enjoy beauty and pleasure together, and pleasure is so much more than sexual pleasure for me.
Some other things I value: having a spiritual life, engagement with issues of racial equity and social justice whether in your professional life or outside of it, questioning materialism/capitalism/living a life based primarily on making and spending money, appreciation of artsy films, curiosity, adventurousness, open-mindedness, knowing that you want to stay in the Bay/Northern California long-term, wanting to travel locally and the world. I'd prefer to meet someone else with ancestry that is not solely European; if you're queer too, that's great, but also not a must.
I'm open to either monogamy, some monogamish or non-monogamy; my priority is having an emotionally open, trusting, deeply respectful relationship. I can imagine having kids one day, so if you're adamantly child-free, we may not be the best fit if you're looking for something more serious. I'd consider myself on the higher end of the libido spectrum, and very creative/open in that realm of life, so I think someone else similar would be a good fit. I've had some experience in the worlds of kink and swinging, and would prefer to meet someone who is open to exploring those things (slowly, and with a priority placed on our relationship and one another's comfort), but that's lower priority for me than meeting someone with whom I share values and long-term life goals.
