and bare our truest selves. I know that concept is open, edgy and off putting for some. but I'm at the point in my life where I crave an intimate and honest connection. where we can be our authentic selves, genuine in nature and kind to our minds and bodies. I want something real. I want to build my tribe, a spark a connection so magnetizing, it makes everything worth it.

Let me start off with being brave. I think anybody and everybody should be at some point in their life to just take a leap. So here's my leap. Ready?

I'm a 30 year old pet mama who enjoys saving a buck when I can and splurging on the things that I generally enjoy. Which are not limited but include flea market finds, books, '70 s and '60s and '50s vinyl, incense and all the possible kimonos I can find. I am a sometimes vegan; don't fight me. I like eggs. I am embracing my ever-changing body and accepting my shortness. Long live step stools. I am forever shy of ordering pizza over the phone and always the first one to say sorry even though it kills me admit defeat; I embrace it. My taste in music is eclectic as is my taste in almost everything. I enjoy basking in sunny days and standing in soft rain. Can you tell I'm a hopeless romantic?

The list of my wants and my needs and what I like is forever flowing and growing. I wish to explore that with you; you gentle soul, you brave extroverted bright light. Whoever you may be, I wish to meet you, to see you, to share space and be open with you. let's do that. let's build our tribe and let us be brave and take that step to actually do it; to actually participate and put effort into finding that for us.

So I have attached a photo of me; in hopes of you also doing the same. So that we could put a face to the names in which we converse with. And if you're actually serious as I am in this and willing to put fourth effort in keeping this dialogue open. don't say hey. and leave it up to chance. send me something worthy, something with substance. Something in which we could build off of and have meaningful conversations. That leads up to and continues with pen-paling, emails, letters, video calling, watching movies together, thrifting together, sharing our love for tea;  anything and everything you can think of to build a lasting and serious friendship. We can do that. I have faith in that. We only need to try, so let us.
