Hey. I'm a Florida Man who is about 3 years into a long term battle with chronic disability. I have made a lot of progress after 9 surgeries in 2.5 years, I might be mostly out the other side and back to work by the end of this year hopefully.
Before I got sick, I had a good job, loved to travel (14 US states, 16 countries in North America/Europe/Caribbean, 8 cruises), love a good horror movie, sports fan if you like hockey and baseball.
Since I've been stuck inside I learned to play chess and enjoy that. I have a really long beard that is fun to groom. I've recently rewatched the entire Harry Potter series.
I am looking for whatever, recovery from disability is alone, so I have a preference for anyone whose dealt with chronic pain whose been thru it.
I can tell you some good Florida Man stories I guess or give you beard grooming tips?
