Are you the kind of person who feels a connection with subjects like linguistics, language diversity, history, the past, anthropology, ancient art, accessibility accomodations, studying, feeling safe in a hostile world, parallel play, coffee shops, fonts, pastel colors, and pterosaurs? Then I want to hear from you! 💚 (You're not required to be into all of these things, but if you're not into any of them, I'm probably not the person for you.)
Messaging me cuz you're bored and trying to kill time doesn't lead to friendship, so please look elsewhere if this is you. I'm also not interested in anyone who disappears for weeks at a time, has a blank profile, or doesn't reference anything from this post. I have no problem with you being busy as such, but if you're so busy that you have no control over your own life, then I'm kindly asking you to consider whether or not initiating contact with me is in your best interest. Please just make a good-faith effort and don't make me carry the entire conversation? It's an incredibly low bar.
