• Health: Currently a little overweight. I will be working on it through diet & exercise. Mostly cycling, calisthenics, & weight training. I do not expect a perfect body from a partner, but I'd like us to have good health to live long & enjoy old age together.
• Temperament: I am extremely patient & hard to anger. I have worked extremely hard to cultivate a life of peace & calm. I seek a partner to add to it, not take from it. I expect extreme communication. I do not read minds. I am forgiving, willing to compromise, & willing to forget.
• Family: I have two children. 19 daughter lives with their mother, 17 son lives with me. Separated since 2017, & divorce is finalized in June 2023. I lean towards never remarrying or having more children. My partner can have children, but I'd prefer older kids than younger. I have no other immediate or extended family.
• Philosophy/Values: I'm a student of Stoicism, & I try to live by the 4 Stoic Cardinal Virtues of: Wisdom, Morality, Courage, & Moderation.
• Religion: Christianity & will get baptized soon. I am nonjudgmental. Live & let live. I'd accept any religion or nonreligious so long as you are overall a good person.
• Finances: I am a saver & not a spender. I lean towards minimalism & anti-consumerism. Cannot date a frivolous spender. Budgeting & future planning are important & should be to my partner.
• Lifestyle: I thrive on routine & discipline. My life is monotonous & predictable. I prefer to not travel, but am willing to. I primarily enjoy dining out & movie theaters. I am rooted to Laredo, TX & do not plan on moving anytime soon if ever, so you must be willing to relocate eventually.
• Sexuality: I am acesexual/demisexual, & lean towards sex-neutral/sex-positive. Celibate since 2017. A partner needs to mean something to me for a sexual relationship. I absolutely love cuddling, caressing, & making out.
• Vices: I do not partake in drugs, alcohol (extremely rarely), or smoking. It is important you do not either, but alcohol in moderation is ok.
• Misc.: I believe love is important for a healthy relationship, but it is not enough. Essential ingredients include respect, communication, loyalty, & intimacy.
