I know, back again. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Are you too or is this your first venture into the Reddit void? What's your experience been like? I waaaant to be positive and hopeful.

I'm a pretty open book but I'm terrible at describing how I'm feeling. I love to laugh and make others laugh and a good sense of humor will get you everywhere. I love playing board and card games, video games (even if I'm terribly casual and an inconsistent player) and reading webcomics. I do also love reading in general. Fantasy is my main genre but I've been on a romance kick for the last few months. Because it matters, I'm plus size. Is what it is, ya know? Gotta give the body you're living in a break every once in a while.

I listen to a variety of music but mostly gravitate towards hard rock/metal. I'm still stuck on that early 2000s "dad rock" sound aaaaand I love it.

I collect misfit toys/little buddies as I like to call them (the last guy on the shelf with the wonky eye will always come home with me) and books that I swear I'll get around to reading some day. I don't necessarily go out of my way to watch sports (even though I have watched a few hockey games lately) but I can always be convinced. It would be super cool to go to a professional event some day too. Football, basketball, hockey.

I work too many hours during the week as a banking operations manager for a fintech, but we switched to fully remote last year so I think that helps. Being able to work in my pj's is a perk. I do miss going into the office though. I know, I'm probably in the minority there. 😄

Another thing I love to do (for the hell of it and as a stress reliever) is go for random drives. I love to basically just get myself lost while I jam out to music and work my way back home. Pick a direction and go. Find new ways to old places. Wanna hit the road with me?
