Hi. Never married, no children, but I’m not opposed to those who already have them, no pets. I live like I always have one foot out the door - my family has properties in one state, I have a house in another, and I will soon start working as a traveling nurse who does 3-month (ish) assignments wherever the job may take me. It’s a bit of an odd life, but I’m never really bored, lol.

I’m looking for casual conversations that could turn into something more. I don’t plan to give up my lifestyle though, so my ideal partner would be some one who works online and doesn’t mind rotating betw houses and extended-stay apartments. Or some one who has his own place, but doesn’t mind that I have to disappear for a few months at a time to take a traveling gig for work. Or he could even be a foreigner and we can rotate countries, it doesn’t matter much to me since I’m always on the move anyway.

About me - I watch a lot of dramas and documentaries about ancient civilizations and archeology. I read lots of YA fantasy novels (even the ones that are objectively bad). I’m a huge sci-fi nerd; Mr Spock was one of my first loves and I still find math and science to be insanely sexy to this day, lol… I cook, I can (jellies, condiments, and pie fillings), and sew a bit for fun. I used to swim for exercise, but I took it overboard to the point that I permanently injured my R hip. I’ve been a weight-lifter and a yoga buff in the past, but, honestly, have really let myself fall away from it all since the hip injury followed by the pandemic. (I’m looking to get into weight-lifting/yoga again tho, so a motivating friend would be nice.)

I have my Master’s degree (in Nursing). I think I’m funny in a snarky kind of way. In the USA, I’m 100% liberal, which makes me a moderate by pretty much any other country’s standards (there’s the snark for you). I don’t know, I think I’m pretty well-adjusted; my constant moving betw locations has always just been insurmountable to my previous relationships.

I’m 5’2” and plus-sized (about a size 18 at the moment). Brown hair w/ some gray, brown eyes. I wear my glasses almost every day and have 3 discreet tattoos… I currently still smoke, but am actively working on quitting.
