It is, after all, FRIENDS with benefits. It's the first freaking word, yet everyone under plays it.
What's wrong with having someone you can have a connection with, share interests, confide in....but is also there for more physical needs. I don't even mean sex (but yes, sex).
Spooning/cuddling while watching TV. Sharing a moment with a kiss. Maybe just some physical affection when someone's having a bad day....or celebrate when they're having a great one.
Emotional fulfillment is just as, if not more important than, physical. Sure, being friends with befits requires a certain understanding from both parties about boundaries and expectations...but that's also part of friendship.
I just got out of a fairly long term relationship and am not ready for something that carries the same weight. I'd like to have my space and they theirs. We could chat every day or not, but neither one of us freaks out if we go a day or two without touching base. Obvious exclusivity is part of the deal, neither one of us would be whoring around.
Any other like minded individuals? Would love to get to know someone in my vicinity/region and see where things go. No expectations, just dipping my toe in.
