Especially when you work from home!

Hi! I'm terrible at these posts, and a lot better at just organically getting to know people. I'm looking to make some new friends really anywhere in the world, but hopefully here in the front range, too!

Music wise I love progressive/art metal. Bands like Haken, Leprous, Riverside, and Karnivool are some of my favorites. I've been writing, mixing, and recording since I was a child, and it's a big part of my life. If you're a musician and want to jam, I'm always up to make some noise. Sharing different musical influences is huge to me, and I'm not locked into any one style.

I'm a big photography buff as well, and mostly shoot nature. I'm too shy to take pictures of random strangers in the city, but I really enjoy getting out to the mountains and seeing what I find there. I've got enough gear for two people, so if photography is something you're interested in but have never pursued, I'm happy to be a bad influence.

Video game wise, I really have a soft spot for Terraria. I like pretty much any type of cooperative game, as long as I'm playing with people I like. I'm okay with MMOs, but they're not my main go to, as I want to be playing them with people I know and like to spend time with. Randoms just aren't the same as actual friends.

If you drive south out of Denver for about 25-30 minutes until you see cows on the side of the highway, just past Lone Tree, I'm around there. I try to host once or twice monthly game nights with the friends I do have here, so if that sounds like something you'd like in your life, let's get to know one another!

Lastly, just to set expectations clearly, I'm not looking for anything romantic or intimate at this time. I just got out of a relationship, have been through Some Shit™ the past few years, and need to take some time to heal myself. Just looking to expand my social circle and hopefully build some lasting friendships.
