Hey! I'm Pat - a complete nerd living in New York (about 30ish minutes outside NYC). I've got a pretty awesome life, and the only thing that'd make it better was someone to share it with.

Who I am:

• This is me!
• Well, like I said, a complete nerd. I'm in way too many D&D games, I love board game nights, the Ren Faire, and my friends and I just joined a LARP that we're really looking forward to. I also do some video gaming, and I love the usual set of nerdy franchises (Star Wars, Marvel, Lord of the Rings, Critical Role... I could probably fill a page with my fandoms)
• Passionate about baseball, namely the Mets!
• I've got a great job, I own my own home, and I do a pretty good job of being an adult during the weekdays so I can enjoy life the rest of the time.
• Very novice cook! I actually redid my kitchen last year, and I've been doing a bit more cooking since. I'd be happy to learn more. I've always been a bit of a picky eater - I've begun branching out a bit more in recent years, but I do love my familiar favorites.
• I've got one cat (who I will happily share more pictures of) - I actually always considered myself a dog person growing up, then I wound up with a cat anyway. She's my furry best buddy.
• I don't want any (non-furry) children. I love being an uncle, but one of the best parts about that job is giving the kids back at the end of the day. I just don't see myself being happy as a full time parent.
• I don't smoke (anything), and I mostly don't drink. Never been my thing; I don't mind at all if you drink, though I'm not really a fan of smoking in general.
• Atheist, very liberal, and pro LGBTQIA , and not 100% gender conforming - my Ren Faire garb is completely female (there's a picture in my album) and I enjoy an occasional day out and about that way. I know that's not for everyone when it comes to a partner, so I do like to be up front about it; of course, if you're bi/pan, maybe that's a bonus?

Who I'm looking for:

I'd love to find someone who shares a lot of my interests - I've found those are the relationships I'm happiest in. Someone who is happy curling up on the couch to binge watch a show, or go in to the city to check out a museum, or meet up with friends for a game night. I'd love it if our special events were things like conventions and Ren Faires, a Broadway show or opening night of a Marvel movie, or a trip to Disney World. Most importantly, someone who is happy with who they are as a person right now, and is looking for someone to make a great life better.
