I'm not sure why I'm leading with this, but I wish there was a sort function so you could narrow the posts in the subreddit. I'd like to be able to quickly find the people in my time zone to possibly chat with them.
It would also be nice to find a way to create a chat with a group of multiple people at the same time. I see all the posts on this sub with zero comments and I wonder if the prospect of messaging a complete stranger is just too scary for most Redditors. It possible to DM someone on Instagram and Twitter, but I don't know if most of us actually expect a message back. Reddit is still kind of the Wild West. If you write on a post in this subreddit, and I respond to it, and by extension, you will know I exist. If someone messages the other person on this sub, are they signing up for a contract that they don't fully understand the terms and conditions?
Not sure why I wrote this, it reads like a teenager musing to sound deep, but I am quite far from a teen. Cheers folks!
