I recently went through a breakup and you know, I've managed to adapt and cope for the most part; but I have so much going on right now that I can't help misssing her. Even though we're on speaking terms, I'm trying not to talk to her for a bit, and I really, really want to talk to her tonight.
I can't deal with the typical advice or sayings (it takes time, plenty of people out there, etc.). Right now, I just want to express how I feel to another human being. Someone who is earnest, empathetic, and kind. Someone who can maybe ask me questions as I share. Someone who can help curb the urge to reach out to my ex.
