34 (F4R) - Central AL/Online - Need someone who appreciates inappropriate memes and dad jokes
So, here's kind of a sad post.
Two years ago COVID almost killed me but saved my life at the same time. I spent 2 months in the hospital in kidney failure and doctors were able to finally diagnose me with Lupus after years of misdiagnosis.
I'm now on home hemodialysis. I'm a single mother to a 13 year old kid. I lost my job. My friends disappeared. My boyfriend that swore to stay by my side broke up with me last week. It was somewhat mutual and we're still talking but definitely need some space. But other than my best friend that I never get to see, he was the only constant person in my life. So now I'm even more lonely than I was originally.
Because of my health and not being able to work, I can't really get out and do a lot which really puts a damper on trying to make new friends. I'm not looking for any kind of romantic relationship. I'm just looking for people that I can talk about my day, share funny memes, tik tok videos, and my absolute favorite dad jokes.
I don't want you to feel sorry for me. I just want good conversation with good people. I can be very sarcastic, I like to think I'm good at witty banter, I love music, binge watching shows, true crime podcasts, fishing, baseball, racing, I'm always trying new hobbies out, I can be really crafty, trying to teach myself to cook. I'm rambling at this point but if you're interested, shoot me a message!
