Hello! I’m 30 years old (gasp! But at least I get to use this sub now). I’m turning 31 this summer. What I’m looking for is a friendship that hopefully turns into more (more being in the romantic kind of way). That being said, a friend can be from anywhere. But a more than friend would need to be in Colorado or open to moving here someday. I’m specifically looking for someone close to my age; let’s say 28-35.

Some dealbreakers to get out of the way first: - I do not want children. I’m looking for that dink lifestyle (dual income no kids). That means no single parents either, sorry. - I hate cigarettes. You can’t be a smoker. Occasional recreational marijuana use is fine if you never do it around me. I don’t like the smell.

Ok, so, if you’re still reading! One thing I need to be up front about is that I’ve never been in a relationship before. The reason being a combination of anxiety, shyness, self-doubt, and a tendency to prefer my own company. Although I want an intimate relationship with someone, I have no idea what I’m doing when it comes to trying to start something up.

A little about my personality and hobbies. I mentioned that I’m very shy. It takes a long time for me to drop my guard. Most people think of me as quiet and reserved. But as my college roommates can attest, I can actually be quite loud and boisterous lol. I’m laid-back, goofy, sarcastic. Always in the mood for a great pun. I’m more of a homebody. Small gatherings are great, large parties are not. But on the opposite end, I also enjoy VERY large gatherings i.e. music festivals. Go figure! Speaking of, I’m a big fan of music in general. I love to travel. I’ve been to 14 countries and counting. I enjoy all sorts of movies, tv, books and would love to talk about favorites and share recommendations. I spend most of my free time either with my family, my dog, or riding my horse.

Physically, I am 5’6”, blonde, blue eyes, not stick thin but not overweight either.
