Does anyone else find it annoying when you end up putting 2022 on things that need dates that are supposed to be for this year? And it takes way too long for you to readjust and when you do, you feel a little ashamed that it didn't take sooner. That's my little shower thought to start this off.
Anyway. Recently 36 and I don't necessary feel any different yet. Here's hoping that I won't feel any negative ramifications too soon yet. I'm sure it's probably poppycock to talk about things like that while being in your mid 30s, but life can get pretty irksome sometimes, you know how it is. Obviously, I'm very terrible at talking about myself, so here are some of the objective mentions:
- Asian male (southeastern variety). I have been told I have the cute nerd look, whatever that means.
- Mostly introverted. I'm not an adventure seeker by any means, though I appreciate the need to be in different places and enjoy this wonderous place we live in when it's not a complete shit show.
- The nerd look isn't just for show as I do play games of all varieties.
- Gainfully employed with the fortune of part-time work from home.
- I have a cat that's been with me through thick and thin who has been a loyal companion for all these years and his name is Mr. Cheeks.
While I am searching for a general romantic connection (something that I have been frankly missing), friendship would not be something I would shy away from. I'm pretty eclectic when it comes to my interests and am one of those weird people who delve Wikipedia to learn about TV show I'm never gonna watch.
If this piqued your interest, I'd love to hear from you, preferably through DMs and not the chat features.
