R36S hides my NDS saves

I'm playing pokemon and I wanted to modify my game by adding pokemons and objects, when I remove the SD and put it in the PC I can't find the saves, they exist because when I load the game again they are there but not in the NDS folder or any other so my question is, where do you keep them? Are they hidden?

A couple of details from my R36S: it is emulec, not arkOS, it does not have another SD so it cannot have been saved there, I have looked in all the folders and they are not there despite existing

If anyone knows where they may be or if they are hidden, please comment.
