So MTG said that she would never vote for anyone as Speaker of the House if they agreed to certify the 2020 election. Does a handful of of MAGAts now hold the entire nation by the throat?

Is our country now doomed to have a crippled government that can do nothing unless someone who believes in MAGA/Q bullshit is nominated? Because no Republican nominee can lose more than four Republican votes and win the election for Speaker.
