Has the FDA banned FF?

I ask this because my husband who we are still working on though it is going better. Anyways every single 7-Eleven has pulled them here (I’m in Utah) saying the FDA is banning them. I’m not sure if this so they can place the blame on the FDA and they don’t get any flack for it or if it’s actually true. I haven’t been able to find anything online about it. I will be calling some of the smoke shops he frequents because he also used to get them from there later on today. I will update with what they say.
