Iām 4 weeks clean after smoking daily/weekly for six years straight. I was doing well with mild symptoms that were manageable using mindfulness and DBT as well as CBT. I was really only having anxiety, mild cravings, and restless leg syndrome. Now Iām having vivid nightmares and craving sugar and salt intensely, as well as not being able to sleep. Nothing has been more triggering and the cravings I have to use weed and stimulants has never been worse. I know I should stay busy but I have limited options because Iām in rehab. Any suggestions to help with the cravings?
