Quitting Weed after 6 years of smoking weekly/daily
Post Body

Iā€™m 4 weeks clean after smoking daily/weekly for six years straight. I was doing well with mild symptoms that were manageable using mindfulness and DBT as well as CBT. I was really only having anxiety, mild cravings, and restless leg syndrome. Now Iā€™m having vivid nightmares and craving sugar and salt intensely, as well as not being able to sleep. Nothing has been more triggering and the cravings I have to use weed and stimulants has never been worse. I know I should stay busy but I have limited options because Iā€™m in rehab. Any suggestions to help with the cravings?
