I am smiling in bed because it is day five, and I feel good. I know I’ll have days where it gets tricky, but I have felt so good. Day two was sad, and I did cry because it felt like I was losing my friend, Weed. I feel strong today, and I slept well.
One thing that helps me is making private TikToks that only I can see daily. It’s nice to look back and see how I feel.
I hope everyone has a good day. There are lots of good “ quitting gardening videos” on TikTok that are very inspiring. I have several that I watch between 1-4 bc those are my trigger times (when I'm off work)
