I’ve been a daily smoker since my teens. Currently dealing with other health issues and noticed that pot wasn’t helping ease symptoms, but making them worse.
I’m on Day 2. the thought of eating anything makes me nauseous to the point I have almost thrown up trying to eat. It is hard dealing with other symptoms but I’ve had a mood disorder my entire life and know how to handle those things. The eating is my biggest struggle. I feel that if I don’t figure it out, it will only get worse.
Any tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated!
