i’m feeling pretty good mentally, i’m able to fight the urges to smoke it’s just more physical symptoms. i’m really happy with this journey so far and i know i’m only 5 days in but i already feel a lot more in tune with myself if that makes sense. i hope everyone else on this journey is both happy and healthy, keep taking care of yourselves guys it’s only gonna get better!
