So just started my journey again. They has to be like the 8th or 9th attempt. Before my first joint 3 weeks ago, I had gone 3 months without it. Seems like I'm stuck with this pattern recently: smoke 3-4 weeks then quit for 3 months.
Has anyone been through something similar?
I feel that I only go back because of being overwhelmed. When I first stop smoking, I usually follow a routine that helps me get better. Once I get better I try to continue my routine but I usually slowly stop, get distracted or whatever else comes along as an excuse. Not gonna lie, I'm sick of it.
I am wondering if I should join like some kind of support group if there are any? I am just not really sure what to do here. Usually when I quit I go through it for a bit which is even more confusing to me as to why I go back. Thoughts anyone? TIA
