“I just want to smoke on the weekends.” “I will only smoke like once a month or every so often.”
It’s been about 3.5 weeks since I’ve last smoked. And although I am far enough away from it to not crave it every night, I still have this feeling of wanting to partake every so often.
My wife can stop smoking at the drop of a hat and be completely fine with it. For me, if I smoke, my brain wants to automatically start habitually smoking every night. Are some of us just destined to have an addictive personality when it comes to weed? I’m not like that with alcohol, but weed, oof…when I was smoking every day I was convinced that I was the type of person weed was made for haha.
On the positive side, I feel great, but still do wish for a tiny smoke sesh every once in a while to make the little mundane things in life come alive again. Has limiting yourself to 1x a month worked for anybody?
